Welcome to the 2025 Trauma Symposium – Joint Venture by PTSF and ATSPA. We are Final Focus Productions, a long-time, trusted tech partner with the PA Trauma Systems Foundation. We are eager to make your experience stressless and make you look and sound your best!

We will be recording these presentations so it’s important for both presenters and the audience to use the microphones.

Look and sound great!

  1. When standing at the podium, gently adjust the microphone to point towards your chin. This will provide the best pickup and reduce breath sounds & feedback.
  2. Keeping the microphone 6-8″ from your chin is best.
  3. You will have 2, 50″ video monitors on the floor in front of you – one will display your slides, the other will have a countdown timer to keep us on schedule; the progress bar will reduce from green to yellow to red. On your PowerPoint, f you’d like Presenter View with your notes on the screen, just let us know. The purpose of these monitors is that you can see your slides without having to turn your body to the side screens, keeping better eye contact with your audience.
  4. During Q&A, if someone does not use a microphone for their question, if you would please briefly repeat the question it helps the listener of the recording understand your answer. We do our best to compel the audience to use the microphones.
